Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms of use are provided by Onyoo Plastic Surgery as an internet-based homepage, and are intended to regulate the basic matters regarding the use of our site and the services by users.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Change of Terms of Use)

  1. These terms of use are effective when the user checks “I agree to the above terms of use” on the Onyoo Plastic Surgery homepage due to the nature of the user agreement. Alternatively, by registering as a member, the member agrees to the terms of use.
  2. Onyoo Plastic Surgery may change these terms of use at its discretion, and the changed terms of use will be notified to users online through the Onyoo Plastic Surgery homepage for 7 days prior to the date of application of the changed terms of use and will take effect on the date of application.
  3. Users have the right not to agree to the changed terms of use, and if they do not agree to the changed terms of use, they may discontinue using the service and withdraw. However, if the user does not express his/her intention to “reject” the changed terms and conditions within 15 days from the date of application of the changed terms and conditions, he/she is considered to have agreed to the changed terms and conditions.

Article 3 (Rules other than terms and conditions)

  1. Matters not specified in the terms and conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and general practices.

Article 8 (Obligations of the site)

  1. The site does not disclose or distribute the member’s personal information acquired in relation to the provision of services to others without the member’s consent. However, this does not apply in cases where there is a request from a government agency in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws, for the purpose of investigating a crime, at the request of the Information and Communications Ethics Committee, or in cases where there is a request in accordance with the procedures stipulated in other relevant laws.
  2. The member is responsible for all consequences arising from negligence in managing or unauthorized use of the ID and password granted to the member.
  3. If the member’s ID is used unauthorized, the member must notify the site of the fact.
  4. If the personal information (resident registration number and name) provided when applying for the contest is different from the personal information of the contestant, the opportunity to win and apply for the contest will be revoked.

Article 9 (Service Usage Time)

  1. The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special business or technical issues on the site.
  2. This does not apply to days or times determined by the site for regular maintenance or other reasons.
  3. The site may separately determine the availability time for each service, and in this case, the details will be announced in advance.

Article 10 (Provision of Information)

The site may provide members with various information deemed necessary by members via e-mail or postal mail.

Article 11 (Member Postings)

The site may delete, without prior notice, any content posted or registered by members within the service if it determines that it falls under any of the following items.

  1. In the case of content that defames or slanders a third party or damages their reputation
  2. In the case of content that violates public order and morals
  3. In the case of content that is recognized as being related to criminal acts
  4. In the case of content that infringes on the copyrights or other rights of a third party
  5. In the case of content that is judged to violate other related laws
  6. In the case of violation of other terms of use set by the site
  7. In the case of content that does not fit the nature of each posting

Article 12 (Copyright of postings)

The rights to posted information are as follows

  1. The rights and responsibilities for the posting belong to the poster.
  2. The site cannot use it for commercial purposes without the consent of the poster.
    However, in the case of non-profit postings, the right to post within the service is held.
  3. Members cannot use materials posted on the service for commercial purposes, such as processing or selling information obtained through the use of the service, without the consent of the site.

Article 13 (Suspension of service provision)

The site may suspend service provision in the following cases

  1. In unavoidable cases due to construction work such as maintenance of service facilities.
  2. When a fixed-term telecommunications service provider stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications services.
  3. When normal service use is hindered due to a national emergency, power outage, service facility failure, or service usage overload, all or part of the service may be restricted or suspended.

Article 14 (Service Termination and Restrictions on Use)

  1. When a member wishes to terminate the service agreement, the member must submit a termination request to the site online.
  2. When a member commits an act corresponding to any of the following items, the site may terminate the service agreement or suspend the use of the service for a specified period without prior notice.
    1. If you steal someone else’s service ID and password
    2. If you intentionally interfere with the operation of the service
    3. If the registered name is not your real name
    4. If the same user makes a double registration with a different ID
    5. If you intentionally distribute content that is detrimental to public order and morals
    6. If a member plans or executes service use for the purpose of harming national or social interests
    7. If you commit an act that damages or disadvantages another person’s reputation
    8. If you violate other terms of use set by the site

Article 15 (Compensation for Damages)

The site is not responsible for any damages incurred by members using the free service.

Article 16 (Exemption Clause)

  1. The site is exempt from responsibility for providing the service if it cannot provide the service due to a natural disaster or other force majeure.
  2. The site is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of the information, data, and facts posted by members.
  3. The site is not responsible for any service disruption caused by the member’s fault.
  4. The site is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the information obtained through the service or the profits expected by the member using the service.

[Supplementary Provisions] (Enforcement Date) This usage policy will be enforced from June 1, 2023.
